We are seeking an experienced NP/PA Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong artistic eye, deep clinical understanding, and a passion for elevated and precise aesthetic care with a minimum of 2 years full-time injecting experience.

Key Responsibilities

​

Aesthetics

• Perform comprehensive full-face consultations with an emphasis on facial balancing, harmony, and natural results

• Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative treatments

• Create customized treatment plans that align with FĀC Aesthetics’ elevated, holistic philosophy

• Follow all safety, documentation, and compliance protocols

Patient Experience

• Maintain a luxury, patient-centered experience with exceptional communication

• Build long-term relationships through trust, education, and follow-up

• Uphold our refined brand voice and commitment to natural, balanced results

Marketing + Growth

• Actively promote treatments through social media, educational content, and other marketing opportunities

• Help generate organic growth through consistent, polished social media presence

• Attend trainings, events, and team initiatives to support practice expansion

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive, elevated atmosphere

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with active Texas license

• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience required 

• Strong artistic eye and understanding of facial anatomy

• Strong ethics, professionalism, and patient-first mindset

• Proven ability to grow and retain a patient base

• Active social media presence 

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Passion for ongoing education and advanced training

Pay: $35-40 per hour with variable based commission 

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
